Situated at Deccan Gymkhana, FX Studio was established in 1996. The Studio began with a strong foothold in the Animation and Video industry steadily capturing the market with an elite clientele list.

FX Audio has stepped in to fill this void.
Mr. Amrut Purandare and Mrs. Vandana Bhale envisioned the escalating and steady need for an efficient media house that integrates both the audio and visual media under one roof.

Pune’s first highly advanced surround sound recording studio was launched in June 2007. Geared up with the latest digital technology, FX Audio is really coming up as one of the technically and quality wise best studio. Here is the detailed information about the equipment we are working with

 Hardware and Software

 Control 24 surface – This is not only a mixer but it is a complete control surface, with 24 tracks, 8in/outs, preamp facility and all the possible interface controls.

 Pro Tools HD II software – Macintosh based pro tools HD II is a latest system in today’s audio industry. It is a comfortable interface for sound engineers and music directors. Working in a project with 48khz – 192 mono tracks or 96khz – 96 mono tracks is the greatest advantage for this version of protocols.

 This facility of 5.1 surround sound panning and highly professional plug-in bank, keeps FX audio ahead in the market of Pune.

Other Equipments –

Mikes – FX audio is equipped with a dynamic bank of a wide variety of sophisticated mikes such as Neumann aaaaau89, AKG perception 400 and C1000, Shure SM 58 and 57, Beheringer, etc. All these cutting edge mikes are the only unique ones in Pune.

Speakers – ADAM a German based company, produces latest speakers of international fame. ADAM speakers have been installed in the audio recording suite. They are supported with Ribbon Tweeters that can distinctly reproduce sound up to 35khz, ADAM sub12 one of the best sub-woofers in the industry that can reproduce sound from 25khz.

Dubbing – For the first time in Pune, FX audio is offering fully operational dubbing facility. Synchronized projection screen in the mixing room and a 21”TV in the recording room make dubbing, recording and final mixing a complete professional procedure.
